Founded by Jo and Marco - salon owner for 25+ years - A+S was born from a desire to solve real hair problems.
We have a simple mission: to create products that deliver results while being kind (to people and planet). Inspired by Jo’s personal struggle with oily hair, we’ve developed a range of haircare solutions that are tailored to specific hair and scalp needs. We believe that everyone deserves transparency and authenticity- products that do what they say will do.
Our Philosophy
We’re committed to redefining haircare with:
- Scientifically Proven Formulas: Each product is crafted with naturally derived, vegan, and biodegradable ingredients that are backed by Trichology and Dermatology clinical studies. We don’t try to upsell you with multi-product systems. Our shampoos are formulated for your scalp needs and our conditioners are formulated for your hair needs.
- Targeted Solutions: From oily scalp care to sensitive and dry hair needs, our products are specifically formulated to address specific concerns (we won’t claim it balances your scalp AND volumises AND repairs, if it doesn’t!)
- Natural and environmentally conscious: being kind to people and the planet is what we strive for in all we do. All ingredients are vegan and EWG rated 1-2 (green), and biodegradable.
Our formulations are free from synthetics, fillers, and artificial fragrances. Instead, we use EWG-rated green ingredients to ensure both safety and efficacy. Every product is cruelty-free, vegan, and designed to promote healthier hair and a healthier planet.
