Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with A+S Haircare. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship your products.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping across Australia via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping 2–6 business days
Express Shipping 1–3 business days, rate shown at checkout
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or external factors (weather, public holidays, etc).
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including NZ, US, and UK.

New Zealand 5–10 business days, flat rate shown at checkout
United States, United Kingdom 7–14 business days, flat rate shown at checkout
Other Countries 10–26 business days, flat rate shown at checkout
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey. If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@ashaircare.com.au.
5. Delivery Issues or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information. If it appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@ashaircare.com.au and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.
A+S Haircare is not liable for incorrect address information provided by the customer or for parcels marked “delivered” by the courier but not received.
6. Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing your order shortly after it’s placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us immediately at hello@ashaircare.com.au. Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
