Wet hair thoroughly. Section hair and ensure you distribute product throughout scalp. Lather up and massage scalp. Leave on for 2-3 mins. Rinse off. Finish washing with a lukewarm or cold rinse to seal cuticles.
PS Very hot water can stimulate sebum production
